Chili herb dip

Don’t you just love coriander? Some people hate the taste of it but in Tsubako’s kitchen it’s the most favourite herb. This dip has plenty of it so if you don’t like the taste of it, stay away! Or change it with milder tasty herb, like basil. And get ready to watch a favourite movie with your crisp of choice to dip into this spicy mix!

Hot herb dip

  • 200 g soya yogurt
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 chili
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 150 g fresh coriander
  • 50 g fresh mint
  1. Mix chili, coriander and mint in a blender.
  2. Add lime juice, honey, water and spices and mix till honey is dissolved.

 

チリハーブディップ

  • ヨーグルト200g
  • ライムジュースおおさじ1.5
  • 鷹の爪1
  • 水大さじ1
  • 塩小さじ1
  • ハチミツ小さじ0.5
  • 生パクチー(コリアンダー)150g
  • 生ミント50g
  1. 鷹の爪、パクチー、ミントをミキサーに入れ混ぜる。
  2. ライムジュース、ハチミツ、水、スパイスを加え,ハチミツがよく絡まるまで混ぜる。
