Creamy chards

This recipe goes perfect with veggie fritters and potato. Chards are just lovable greens, they are easy to grow, nutritious and yummy!

Creamy chard

250 g fresh chard, rinsed and roughly chopped
100 ml water
2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 ½ tablespoon plain flour
200 ml oat, almond, rice or any other kind of milk
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  1. Bring water and salt to boil and add the chard and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and put the chard back in the pot adding oil and fry the chard for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix flour and milk in a bowl and add to the pot while stirring.
  4. Add the spices and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.



  •   チャード(なければほうれん草,小松菜でもよい)250g
  •   水100ml
  •   塩小さじ2
  •   ベジタブルオイル 大さじ2
  •   小麦粉大さじ1,5
  •   牛乳(豆乳等でもよい)200ml
  •   白胡椒小さじ0,5
  •   ナツメグ小さじ0,5
  1. 水を湧かし,塩を入れチャードを入れ2−3分蒸す。
  2. 水を捨て、チャードを油で2−3分炒める。
  3. 小麦粉とミルクをだまが無くなるまで混ぜ、チャードを炒めている鍋にゆっくり注ぐ。
  4. スパイスを入れ、5−7分更に中火で火にかける。
