Easy Healthy Granola

How about some home made granola? This is a very easy recipe. Use the nuts and dried fruits you have at home. I have heard that some eat granola with ice cream, I have never tried it myself. What would be your favourite addition to this recipe?

Granola 4 servings

200 g oat
20 g pumpkin seed
20 g sunflower seed
10 g buckwheat
10 g sesame seed
10 g roughly chopped almond
150 g mixed chopped dried fruit (we used plums, apricots and dates)
4 tablespoon honey
40 g warm water
3 tablespoon vegetable oil

1. Mix water and honey until honey is dissolved.
2. Add oil.
3. In a bowl mix oat, buckwheat, almond, pumpkin and sunflower seed.
4. Add the liquid and mix.
5. Transfer into oven tray covered with paper.
6. Put in the oven on 180C for 20­30 minutes. Take out and turn so they are roasted evenly.
7. When cool add rest of the ingredients
8. Serve with milk or yogurt and berries.

グラノーラ 4人分

● オーツ麦200g
● カボチャの種20g
● ヒマワリの種20g
● ソバの実10g
● ゴマ10g:10 g sesame seed
● 荒く砕いたアーモンド10g
● ドライフルーツ150g
● ハチミツ大さじ4
● ぬるま湯40ml
● 油 大さじ3:3 tablespoon vegetable oil

1. オーブンを余熱180°Cに設定する。
2. ハチミツをぬるま湯で溶かす。
3. オイルを入れる。
4. ボウルにオーツ麦、ソバの実、アーモンド、カボチャの種,ヒマワリの種を
5. 液体を入れ混ぜる
6. オーブンシートを敷いたオーブントレイに移す。
7. オーブンに180°Cで20分から30分入れる。
8. 何回か取り出して混ぜる。
9. 冷めたらのこりの材料を入れる。
10. 牛乳かヨーグルトと一緒に頂く。
