Easy Yummy Bean Paste

For this recipe I used white beans but you can use any kind you like!


300 g cooked beans or 1 can  of bean (if you boil your own beans put a piece of kombu seaweed in the pot to make it easier to digest the beans)
1 medium size onion
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
0,5 tsp cinnamon
juice of half of a  lemon

1. Chop the onion finely.
2. Fry in olive oil.
3. Add paprika and cinnamon and stir for about one minute.
4. Turn off the heat.
5. Blend all ingredients( except for the lemon juice) with a stick blender.
6. Add the lemon bit by bit to your liking.
If your paste is too solid add 1 tbsp of hot water to the spread and mix.


豆 300g(茹でてあるもの、始めから茹でる場合は昆布と一緒に茹でると柔らかくなりやすい
タマネギ 中 1個
オリーブオイル 大さじ3
パプリカ 小さじ1
シナモンパウダー 小さじ1/2
レモンジュース 1/2個分

  1. タマネギをみじん切りにする
  2. オリーブオイルで炒める
  3.  パプリカとシナモンを入れ,1分ほど混ぜる
  4. 火を止める
  5. ハンドミキサーでレモン以外のすべての材料を混ぜる。
  6. レモンを入れる
