Hasselbackspotatis, Swedish style baked potato

Recipe:

2 tablespoon vegetable oil
10 g breadcrumbs or panko
4 medium sized potatoes
10 g shredded cheese
1 teaspoon salt

1 Heat the oven to 225C.

2 Peel the potatoes and cut them in approximately 3 mm thick slices without cutting through by putting them in a wooden ladle or place the potato against a wooden chopping board.

3 Put the potatoes in an oven safe dish and brush with oil and put in the oven.

4 Take the potatoes out after 15-20  minutes, separating the slices and brushing with oil again and sprinkle salt. Repeat this one more time until the potatoes are soft.

5 The last time sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese on top of the potatoes until cheese melts and potatoes turn golden.

パン粉10g
ジャガイモ 中4
チーズ10g
塩小さじ1

1. オーブンを225℃に温めておく。
2. ジャガイモの皮を剥き、木のスプーン等を使って3ミリほどの切れ目を入れる。
3. オーブントレイに置き、刷毛でジャガイモの切れ目に油を塗っていく。
4.15−20分後に取り出し、刷毛でまた油を塗った後に塩を振る。ジャガイモが柔らかくなるまで繰り返す。
5. 最後にパン粉とチーズを振りかけ,チーズを溶かす。
